Nomad Shelter offer single and French door frames. Yurt door frames on the 20'ft. and 30'ft. models are a standard 7'ft. high and accommodate a pre-hung 3.0' door. Nomad Shelter provides an insulated metal locking door with a window. Any door choice can be used however and the price of the standard door will be deducted from the cost. Door frames on the 16'ft. foot model are 6'ft. high and come with a handmade door with a Plexiglas window in the top or both the top and bottom as an option. Yurt door frames are manufactured of Douglas fir. The front of the door jam is 8'ft. wide 2'ft. Douglas fir. The front of the French door jam is 5'ft. wide. The yurt Door jams are structural. The yurt lattice wall bolts into wooden fixtures that run down the side of the door frame in back. All wood is routered and finished.
