Nomad Shelter will not be raising any prices in 2025!

This has been an interesting year to say the least. Some things are becoming more expensive, and we believe that reliable and comfortable housing options shouldn’t be one of them!

Due to changes in material costs, many yurt companies have had to raise their prices this year, but Nomad Shelter is holding out. We will not be raising any prices for the 2025 production year because we believe in our product and care deeply about our customers and community. We think everyone who wants a yurt should be able to afford one.

With that in mind, we’re also still offering our Lease To Own program, making our 16ft yurts even more financially accessible with low monthly payments. Click the button below to learn more:

Cost of materials may be going up, but we’re still pumping out yurts every day from our Homer, Alaska facilities!

We could talk about how our yurts are rated for intense wind and snow loads, or cost a fraction of what a traditional building would per square foot, but at the end of the day, it’s pretty simple:
